How do I get ready to take the  PCS Examination?

Schedule of PPSC/PCS Exam

The PCS test is held at different times throughout the year at various centers within the boundaries of Chandigarh. The dates of these exams are feared by PPSC online. 

Pattern of PPSC/PCS Exam

The length of the test is two years. The exam will consist of two exams Paper I will comprise General Studies 100 Marks (2 Marks Each) for 200 marks. Paper-II will be a Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) with 80 marks (2.5 Marks each) worth 200 marks. Both papers will be objective Type that will have Multiple Choice Questions. The duration for both tests is 120 minutes(2 hours), and an additional twenty minutes will be granted for visually impaired candidates. There will not be negative marking on the test written. The test papers will also be dual and printed with Roman Script and Punjabi script.
